Cancellation Policy
At Royalty Lashes & Spa, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
👑 Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit and a $35 late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
🚫 No-call, no-shows will also forfeit their deposit and be charged a $35 fee. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
